Capuchin Monkeys

The capuchin monkey is a very interesting animal. They live in large group of up to 35 members. This would be like everyone in your extended family living up in a tree. They sleep in the tree branches and they spend the whole day gathering food. They eat fruits and and leaves and small animals including crickets and frogs and small birds.

Capuchins weight is only 3-9 pounds. They are most commonly seen with cream or light tan fur. They have short hair. The rest of the coat is dark brown. They have many preditors to be afraid of. Some of the preditors are jaguars, cougars, snakes, crocodiles and the worst of all is the Harpy Eagle. These eagles can be seen carrying several capuchins off to their nests.

Capuchin monkeys are seen in movies like Pirates of the Caribbean and Night at the Museum and more.  Thay can be trained to  help disabled people. There  is an organization called Helping Hands Monkeys.  They can help people turning on or off lights' or opening doors and doing housework. 

All About Hamsters

Hamsters are herbivores.  They eat fruit  and nuts  seeds sunflower seeds and peanuts. For example they like peas banana and walnut.  The things you should  not give to hamster are no citris like oranges pickles and no house plants or chips, fatty food and chocolate or sugary things . Natural sugar is fine. You must wash all fruits and veggies.

Hamster cages  should be cleaned every day the bedding  should regularly changed for the hamsters heath at least once a week. The cage will smell better too if it is completely changed removing all bedding once a week. . Make sure that you put your hamster in a safe spot before leaving it . While holding it you should hold it securely in two cupped hands so it won't jump down and get hurt.


Hamster common  diseases  are minors things that can cause  a lot of damage. Too much vibration in their cage or if they are too warm will make the hamster sick and could die. It should be between 60 and 70 degrees. You can't have two hamster in the same cage unless they  have the litter mate or they will kill each other.

The life span is 2-3 years adult hamster. The body weight is 100-150 grams (adult females are slightly larger adult males.)

How much will it take to care for a year? My guest is first year is $59.44 year. The second year  $12.27 for food and bedding .  It is going to cost about  $15.00 to get a hamster  the cage will cost  $25.00 and the ball $3.45.

All about Bob Denver

Before being an actor Bob Denver was a mail man and a high school teacher.  His first film was in "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis" in 1959.This was about a young man named Dobbie who had many ideas on how to get girls to like him. Dobbie's sidekick played by Bob Denver  helped him with many plans that never worked but were very funny.  



But his career set sail when he did Gillian's Island. After the Gillian's Island fame he settled in West Virginia.   He donated money to the disprivleged and the homeless people. He also ran a radio show called " Little Buddy Radio ."  Bob Denver died September 2, 2005 (aged 70 ) What I liked best about Bob Denver is that he is always funny and the chararacters he played always fit his personality.



My favorite scene  is on Gillian's  Island when he takes revenge on the Skipper. He is geting tree sap with one pail and Skipper steps in the sap.  His shoes come of then he takes one step more in the sap and finally his socks come off.  He takes one more step and is stuck for good. Then Gillian  slaps the Skipper with his hat and runs away cowardly.  I thought this was funny because he usually does things by accident.

Ned and Amir were getting food . " We have to get food or else we will starve to death. " said Ned "

"I wonder if any trees that have Berger King? " ask Amir 

"No you idiot!  Meat does not grow on trees Sometimes I think you  are so stupid "Ned said

" Well,  I guess I'll just go on my own " Amir  said

Ned started walking down the path and Amir said,  "Stop! Don't leave me "  and he ran after Ned.

The Island (3) ned and Amir

Ned start building a hut. meanwhile  Amir is supposed to get the food supplies  but he was drinking juice  and  eat a apple and sunbathing. 


"Amir did you get the food ?". Ned asked.  
 "yes I have the food."  said Amir "Can you halp me build the hut? " asked Ned  "Ok ." Amir said 



24 hours later the hut whis built " I'm hungry." Amir said "Go get some food  from the food room." Ned said  Amir  went in the food room and said "There is no food in here .


"What?"said Ned'

"No food in here." said Amir.  "What I meant  by this is unblef there should be food" Ned said

"I got two of everything" said Amir 

"You whr suppose to get a weeks worth" said Ned 

"Ok I will get more food" Amir said

"Wait for me". said Ned

Amir   washed up on the beach.   He said "did I go up or down?  Is this Heaven?  I'm dead?"

Meanwhile Ned walk up the beach and  saw Amir  and he was running in circles. Walking up to  Ned,   "you are dead too" Amir said

"No and neither are you Amir," Ned said ." I want food. Can we have Jimm Johns?" asked  Amir

"No" Ned said

"Can we have  pizza hut or I hop?" Amir asked .


"No  we are on a island "Ned said

"I know that "amir said.  "we can't get there we are stock here"said Ned

"OK we will call than and we will get off the island."

"We don't have cell phone  signal " Ned said .


"How do you know? Did you try to call?" said Amir

"No I don't have to because  no cell phone  towers"  said Ned.

"OK what are we to do? "said Amir

"We need  to build a hut' said Ned.

 Amir Pillar is the type to be annoying    and  awkward and he makes mistakes most of time.   Ned Smith  is the type to know it all  and is very nerdy, These guys work together in an office.

Ned was going to the dock  and Amir  wanted to come along.   Ned said no already . So  Amir sneaked  on the boat and hid,

Ned  saw Amir  said" I see you Amir  I said no ! Now it too late so  come here. "    " Can I steer  please" said Amir  " No you can not " said Ned

"Please please" said Amir. " Why are we quarreling? "  said Ned



"No I'm arguing Amir" said. "It means the same thing" Ned said. "My bad  but who is stering boat " Amir said? "No one" said Ned  as the boat hit some big rocks and the boat went down.  :Look out for the rocks" Amir said.  Ned just looks at him.

Snow Day 2

Dear Mom that feeds me ,
I know we talked  about this before but it is too cold to go outside. And the snow is too deep for me. It is over my head I can't walk in the snow.

Dear Zookeeper that feeds me.
The hippo is stepping on me. I do not like him at all. I want my own cage . It is too weird in here .


I want in my  new cage an underground palace.  In my and undergound palace I want a big tv and car that is so cool. I also want a  microwave but only one brand will do. I want a  Chili  Toons  Prada.  And a refridgerator but  only one brand will do it is Giraffesooo Apples.
